These terms cover the Food My Way private beta. Paid-plan terms, refund details, and the legal operator’s full business information must be finalized before checkout opens.

Using the service

Food My Way provides recipe ideas, ingredient substitutions, meal organization, and estimated nutrition for general informational purposes. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

No medical or allergy advice

Food My Way is not a medical service, dietitian, allergy-management system, or eating-disorder treatment tool. Nutrition values are estimates. Ingredient swaps are not guaranteed to be allergen-free, nutritionally equivalent, culturally appropriate, or safe for a particular person. Check product labels and consult a qualified professional when health or safety is involved.

Food safety

You are responsible for safe storage, preparation, cooking temperatures, hygiene, ingredient quality, and serving decisions. Recipe instructions are general guidance and may need adjustment for your equipment and ingredients.

Your content

You retain ownership of ingredient lists, recipes, notes, and other material you enter. You grant Food My Way the limited rights necessary to process and display that material to provide features you request. Shared links may be accessed by anyone who receives them.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, distribute malicious code, scrape at unreasonable scale, impersonate others, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Beta availability

The beta may change, experience interruptions, lose locally stored data, or discontinue features. Back up information that is important to you. We do not promise that every generated recipe will be accurate or suitable.

Paid services

Before paid plans open, checkout will show the price, billing frequency, included features, cancellation method, and applicable refund terms. Taxes may be added where required. Founding offers may be limited by time, quantity, or eligibility.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Food My Way will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the beta and may suspend access for misuse. Updated terms will carry a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
